When I add a user story to a day for a particular person it should look at the time remaining for that day and set the planned time to what is remaining. Any other time should then automatically split to the following days. For example, if I have a developer that has an 8 hour day, but 3 hours are already filled and I drop a 7 hour user story on that day, it should add 5 for that day and automatically split the remaining 2 hours to the next day with availability.
