Disable weekends for Timesheet so only weekdays can be logged.

We having some employees that are not allowed to work on weekends so we want to restrict it via the jira tempo settings. So that nobody of the group or team can't log time on weekends.

    I think the most simple form of implementing this would be a setting to now allow logging time on days where there is 0 hours in the workload configuration.
