As this is a behavioural change to log timesheets, reminders are required to prompt users to conduct their role - we are struggling with the out of the box generic email reminders - meaning we have to send manual email reminders to other user groups that the timesheet email reminders dont cover.

Hi, for my part, I'm voting for this because we have many departments with different managers (IT, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) using the same Jira instance. IT would like for its employees to get reminders for incomplete timesheets, but other departments prefer not to.
Hello Stacy and thanks for your feedback,
to be clear on your idea, you need the ability to remind people, with tailored reminders, to log their time in a timely manner?
Can you be more specific on the problem you are experiencing in your organisation? Why are the timesheet reminders not covering all user groups, how are they different? When notifying users, is email the only option and why? Other options could be mobile notification, in product notifications, integration with messaging tools etc.
Is it important for your org that timesheets are accurately logged or just that legal requirements are fulfilled. Do you require people to log time on a daily/weekly/monthly basis?
Kind regards,
