Make "log time" screen personally customizable 👀

There are many fields here that I don't need, but some of the other departments do.

It would take away a major headache both for us and for our clients (we're a Platinum partner) if this would be customizable.

Even that would be great if we could hide these boxes from the screen, and there would be a background process, such as:

for this user, make Billable zero by default (or if not filled manually, make it zero);
for this user set always "Marketing" at the Worklog Type;
etc.

This would be nice for our company as well.
Best solution for me is to be able to set fields like work attribute required or not on Project level, rather than on system level
