Add the option to bulk update worklogs and work attributes with REST API

Currently, updating a worklog or work attributes needs to be done for each worklog indiviudally.
It would be good to have an option to bulk update / delete worklogs (including work attributes) with a REST API to make updating easier

    We would like to use it for marking a work attribute (checked). By using the check mark for the attribute multiple managers can check a timesheet from a user that works in multiple teams (now impossible due to the limit of 1 approve per timesheet)
