We use the Holiday Scheme so holidays appear in the color pink on a user's timesheet. We need a way to force users to enter 8 hours against our Holiday internal issue for all Holidays. Tempo shows that only 32 hrs/40 hrs need to be entered for the week with a holiday, and users then leave the Holiday blank when we require 40 hours/week to be logged, even if there is a holiday. If we simply remove the Holiday scheme, users will very likely log regular time against the holiday because they won't remember/realize that day is actually a holiday.
