There needs to be much more flexibility with non billable time in TEMPO. The restriction of only being able to add tasks as internal in configuration to deem them as non billable is labor intensive and unmanageable.
Requirements for enhancements:
Bulk edit billable time field. Ability to zero out the billable time values for a list of tasks or resources who neglected to zero out the billable hours field on time entry
Allow for permission schemes where resources can be set as non billable on Projects. Activate the billable hours field by assignee
Non Billable scheme at a project level. Allow specific projects to be flagged as non billable - all time entered against tasks in that project will never load billable values
