Currently Reports are using the Public Name field of the users account. It would be preferable to use the Full Name.
For privacy purposes our staff will often set their accounts Public Name to just their given name or maybe just a single letter. This then means that our finance teams cannot tell who the user is. As site-admins, we have more control over the Full Name field of managed accounts so can ensure it is always set to an appropriate string
