Make Timesheet Approval Description Column Display Wider

See screenshot. In timesheet approvals, widen the Description field for the tabular zoom view so less awkward clicking and scrolling is needed. Better yet, allow user to hide columns to free up real estate.

Time banking

An easily accessible view of how many surplus/deficit hours a resource has, compared to required hours. In essence a simple: Logged - Required = Balance. And that deficit hours in a day is deducted from the balance.
