Most off the times the follow up communication to get people submit timesheets, ensure that expected hours are filled and to get them approved, we do send manual emails or team messages.
From Tempo, if we could provision a teams integration to send teams messages based on reports or search results, it will be very easy to follow-up. For example start a chat group and notify all those appear in the report with a custom messge ... like "Hey, its timesheet time, please fill before EOD"
