Ability to worklog by 15 min only

Hi !In the Tempo worklog screen, we would like to only allow units of 15 minutes (0.25 of an hour) to be logged. People sometimes log 20 minutes by mistake, so there should be a validator on that input

Reordering of "Group by" entries

It is not currently possible to reorder Group by options. Only way is to delete them and add them in new order, which is very inconvenient. It would be great if it would be possible to easily reorder them for example by drag and drop.
