Ability to see when someone is booked/planned

User would like the ability to see who booked whom along with when they were booked. Currently, have the ability to see who created a booking/planning but not when it was created.

Allow users on 0 x hour workloads to book hours against multiple days from the timesheet view without having to check the "Include non working days" option in the dialog box

Logged in Cost Tracker only updates when the timesheet is approved in Timesheets

In Cost Tracker, change the settings so that the time logged updates only once the user's timesheet has been approved in Timesheets.
