Add option to link accounts to project categories

At the moment it's only possible to link Tempo accounts globally oder with listed Jira projects. It would be helpful to support links to Jira project categries too.

In this calendar view, page 3 dots do not have a split and edit worklog function, but in the timesheet view, it does.

Display issue status in Tempo reports

Before in the old reports issue status was displayed and after the old reports were removed issue status is not displayed any more.
