Add the option to bulk update worklogs and work attributes with REST API

Currently, updating a worklog or work attributes needs to be done for each worklog indiviudally. It would be good to have an option to bulk update / delete worklogs (including work attributes) with a REST API to make updating easier

Adding ability to filter by work attributes

It would be great to be able to filter worklogs by values of work attributes fields in Tempo without exporting the report. It would be much easier and faster to get only "overtime", "sicks" and etc. worklogs, filtered by working processes field value

Resource Planning View - Add Month View

Currently, the Resource Planning has 2 view options; Days and Weeks. We would like to have a third option for Months as this will come in handy for longer project and provide a better overview of team availability for long term planning.
