Add the ability to repeat the plan(Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly) within the Issue > Plan Time

When I try to plan someone from within the issue by using Plan Time as seen in Pic1, I don't see any repart feature. I need to plan it there first, and then go to Team View timelines and perform the repeat.

Once resource is planned in Planner, automatically assign it to resource in Jira Software

Once we've planned for the actual resource in Planner, it'd be beneficial if it also automatically assigned to them in Jira Software and it shows up on their task list under "Your Work"

Group Tempo Report by team

Account Category Type Internal should make hours non-billable

If Account Category Type is Internal then the hours for an Account with Internal type should be non-billable. Shouldn't just be for Issues in the Internal Issues list.

Option to go straight to the following user from the Timesheet report

From Team >> Approvals, when opening a timesheet report from a user, from the Timesheet, it should have the option to the next user from the team without the need to go back into the team, then approvals, then select the next user again.
