Allow planned time for projects to appear in cost tracker as 'anticipated costs'

Currently, only time planned on issues are picked up in the projection labor costs. Not the one on projects directly. This is really important for us as we sell/plan time on projects before knowing what the tasks will be.

Edit only an individual child plan in a repeating series

Hi all! The goal would be to be able to edit or delete an individual plan in a repeating plans series without modifying the others plans in the series. Achieve something like what we can do in Calendar(in the following file).

Github Enterprise Cloud Integration

Currently it is only possible to connect github.com to suggested worklogs. Github enterprise cloud should be able also to be connected since the mechanism is the same -just the URL is different. Please extend the functionality.
