Reordering of "Group by" entries

It is not currently possible to reorder Group by options. Only way is to delete them and add them in new order, which is very inconvenient. It would be great if it would be possible to easily reorder them for example by drag and drop.

Add the ability to repeat the plan(Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly) within the Issue > Plan Time

When I try to plan someone from within the issue by using Plan Time as seen in Pic1, I don't see any repart feature. I need to plan it there first, and then go to Team View timelines and perform the repeat.
