Add more options to Scheduler Period Closure Time Limit

We would like to request that Tempo increase the number of days “before the closure of the period” in the scheduler to be similar to cloud. They are DC. Cloud - MONTHLY: 28, WEEKLY: 7, BIWEEKLY: 14 DC - 5 days for all.
