Tempo is great for planning 2-4 weeks and individual units of work but really bogs down when planning longer term. It would be great to see Tempo improve to support longer term planning for many months (beyond 1 quarter). Our team needs to be able to do resource allocation for periods ranging sometimes extending beyond 6 months. There are really only two things holding tempo back from working at this scale, performance and only being able to view the resource planning in day increments. I would guess these are related as having to load hundreds of days, individually across several team members is a larger data load.
If you could toggle to a weekly or monthly resource planning view, then you could assign larger units of work (e.g. Epics or custom task types used just for planning) across a longer period of time.

To us a long-term view of this screen would also be helpful, especially when we want to share planning information with management, who do not need to see daily or weekly details, but just a high-level (=month level) overview
