Remove "Set start and end time" link required to specify start/end times

Its now just yet another step needed. Not necessary to have it hidden by default as i suspect everyone uses those fields, or would at least benefit from seeing them.

The fields also take up the exact same amount of space as the label itself, making it's existence very purposeless.

Alternatively offer a configurable option like for other fields to have it just show by default.

    Hello and thank you all for your feedback on the Log Time dialog.

    We have responded to your feedback and the dialog will now remember the setting when you click the link to show the start and end time fields in the dialog. I hope this resolves the issue and Im sorry for the bad experience. If not don't hesitate to contact us again.

    Second everything in this user voice - This was a bad change and we need it back to how it was.
