When creating a report only with "Billable" hours selected as column, all issues with logged time are shown - even though these have a total of 0 billable hours.
We want to give a PDF export of the tempo report to our customers to show them where we have spent the time for, and they should not see the issues without billable hours, because they are project related, but for internal purpose only.
