People can have different roles in different teams and they can have different roles in different projects, but they only have a single role in a team and a single role in a project. Yet, Reports only allow to filter or group or sort by "role" and it's never very clear whether the team or project role (from Cost Tracker settings) will be used. Sometimes, you'll encounter a message that the last assigned role will be used. This is often not helpful at all.
Please let us choose whether we want the team role or the project role in a report.
