Automate planning considering hours limit per day

It would be great if we can automate planning, by import of Jira issues, considering the hours limit per day.

on Monday a user has already 6h planned, so only 2 hours are available. If I import an issue with an estimate of 7h and Monday as start date my expectation is that the new imported issue will be splitted between Monday (2h) and Tuedsday (5h), instead of 3,5 on Monday and 3,5 on Tuesday.
