Currently we are able to assign resources to milestones in Tempo Planner and Cost Tracker would then show the planned cost and revenue by milestone / deliverable based on the Cost Rates and Billing Rates defined for the resources in Cost Tracker. However, this only works if all planned resources have a Jira account. As most of the actual resources are not known yet at this stage we created Generic Resources in Tempo Planner, but it looks like these can't be assigned to a role including cost and billing rates. Therefore, Generic Resources can't be used to calculate planned / forecasted cost and revenue.

Definitely voting for this one, as forecasting on projects in advance with generic ressources is a must, because we often don't have all the necessary staff all in advance, and, future expenses in Cost Tracker are not being calculated for Projected Cost.
