If a Team-Lead with Manage-Plan Permission schedule a plan for a Team-Member, the Team-Member is not able to edit the planned item itself (only if he/she had also Manage Plan permission).
It should be nice if Team-Leads could do a roughly planning (day) for the Team-Members and Team Members could edit the items for detail-planning (time).
Currently in order for the user to be able to edit a plan created for him by a team lead, he needs to be granted with ‘Manage Plans’ permissions within the team. However, this will allow the user to manage plans for other users within the team, not just himself.
It would be nice if the manage plans permission could be individually assigned, rather than being a team based permission.

It would be nice if it was added also to the cloud version. The new team's permission would be great.
