Create a Cost Tracker Report directly from a Tempo report

The idea is pretty simple. It's very easy to create a time report in Tempo based on teams that can be created in Tempo as well. Once you get the time report, the idea if to get the cost version of this time report based on all the information/filters used to create the Tempo report.

    We would love to also have this functionality--we have multiple contracting companies that we need to be able to audit and create financial reports for each contract per sprint, and we already have the users assigned to the needed Tempo Teams.
