Auto start tracker when ticket is transitioned to 'In Progress' status

Implement a feature that automatically starts the time tracker when an issue is transitioned to the "In Progress" status. This will help users accurately track the time spent on tasks without manual intervention, ensuring consistency and reducing the risk of missed time logs.

Currently, users need to manually start the time tracker when they begin working on an issue.
