Make it possible to use the worklogAuthor parameter in jql

Currently, all worklogs created in Tempo and synced to JIRA show "Tempo Timesheets" as the worklog owner in JIRA. This makes it impossible to create a jql based on the correct owner of the worklog.

    We miss this server feature so much, very useful in filters and notifications, Timesheet view...

    This feature is available on Tempo Server. It is a useful feature, so it should remain available in the more costly Cloud application.
