Drive timesheets approvals using account lead

currently timesheets are submitted to a single person for approval. This does not work for matrix organisations where the person submitting the time sheet is working for more than one person/approver. This could be a project manager; a line manager or even an internal approver. This could be solved by using the account lead as the approver and on submission of a time sheet routing the relevant worklogs to the account lead associated with each worklog. It would have to be grouped by so that the approver can still approve the sum of all worklogs for a period. It could be optional and set by team. Approve by team manager or approve by account lead.

    This is becoming an in demand feature for us to allow project managers to review project time logs vs managers reviewing internal time. Please :)
