An issue Plan should be automatically removed from Tempo Planner when an issue is deleted

Currently if an Issue that has plans is deleted from Jira the plan are shown in Tempo Planner with no information which can be confusing for users. Please see screenshot attached.

integration between Tempo Planner Server and Google Calendar

We would need planned time to be automatically synced to Google Calendar so that all users could see what is planned for them directly from their Google calendar.

At the top of the columns currently showing e.g. April 26 - May 2, show the weeknumber here in stead. As the actual dates are also shown below this header again (showing weeks)
