Possibility to swith between hours and days

When we log time or show time logs, it would be very useful to have the possibility to switch between days and hours (like JIRA does with its worklogs)

Ability to report on on estimated time vs actual time

Users would like to get a view/report where they see “the original estimation” vs “time spent” and the total remaining hours.
