Rounding should be up (it is not important, if more than 30 seconds up, or if more then whole minute round up)

Validate Dynamic Dropdown when moving worklogs

When moving a worklog to a new issue, the values for any dynamic dropdown attributes should be validated. If the existing value is not an option for the new issue, the dropdown should be shown and the user forced to select a new value.
