if a project allows 'log work for others' permission, a user can create work logs for other users. But in the work log history, the entry looks like the user itself did the action. It's not apparent that someone else logged the work for this user.

So the actor/creator of the worklog should be logged additionally in the work log history as creator/editor of the work log entry, similar to the JSM solution where tickets can be created on behalf of another user and both user and actor are documented in separate user fields.
