Right now the "jira user" <-> Team relationship is one to one, and Tempo does not remember previous Team assignments.
This relationship can be too simplistic and limiting sometimes, since it may happen that employees change their teams during their lifetime in a company, but it is still important to remember during which time periods the user belonged to what teams.
Otherwise some project reports will be showing data that is not accurate. For example, if during a project (project A) employee laura_smith belonged to the "Marketing" Team, but now Laura joins the "Business Development Team", the project A reports will be showing that the "Business Development Team" worked in project A (because user laura_smith has created work logs against the project issues), but in reality it was the "Marketing Team" (since Laura belonged to that team when she was working for Project A).
