After getting feedback from Tempo Support, I'm happy to post my idea here.
As a project manager, I have several external project participants who should document their time spent. Since they do not have access to our Jira Internal (hospital), they cannot record their times. I also cannot enter the times for them, which would be practical. I can't enter times for another person, even though I created them as a team and as a person in Tempo.
The ideas would be:
1. time entry and from user without Jira access, for example with a link?
2. time capture from external by the project manager. Create an external user, record the times e.g. from an Excel file. -or by an import!?
