Make it possible to use the worklogAuthor parameter in jql

Currently, all worklogs created in Tempo and synced to JIRA show "Tempo Timesheets" as the worklog owner in JIRA. This makes it impossible to create a jql based on the correct owner of the worklog.

Make Tempo Timesheets DCAA compliant

Have Tempo a DCAA compliant time keeping system to be able to use it for government projects as well as commercial ones. https://www.tsheets.com/dol-dcaa-compliance Seems like the only requirement missing for Tempo is "audit trail records"

Possibility to exclude certain projects from Tempo

Even Tempo is widely used in company we have some projects which do not use Tempo. Usability and clarity perspective would be good to have option to hide Tempo from those projects.
