A user who is member of Tempo team leaves his/her employment/assignment.
Subsequently, the account is removed or inactivated in the Jira Active Directory. As a result at next AD sync with Jira, the user account in Jira gets inactivated, and the group memberships (which grant application access and log work permissions) disappear.
The Tempo team lead, or other user with full team permissions, can’t log work or edit worklogs for that user.
We do currently do not support a method to mitigate this problem. The only way is to go into the database and update.

We need this for Jira server too!
This is very much needed!
We also need this for on-premise.
we need this!!! and also approving timesheets for those users after they leave the org
This functionality is required for On-Premise instance too. Will this idea be implemented on both versions of Tempo?
